To the End: Hannaford Prep Year Four – J Bree

So, we’re at the final instalment of this series and it picks up from the ending of the previous book with Lips, the twins, Harley, Blaise, the Crow, and Illi at dinner with Joseph Senior and the head of Joey being delivered to Lips.

With the Vulture dead, the Games are held once again to replace him, and Harley’s cousin Aodhan wins the games and becomes the Stag. He then kills his father and grandfather to prove to Lips that he doesn’t want to start his reign with bad blood. Avery starts to become suspicious about the Boar and his relationship with Lips, and she questions Lips’ paternity.

When they arrive back at Hannaford, Lips receives the head of her third-grade teacher, who is responsible for the Jackal’s first-time seeing Lips and starting his obsession with her.

Things in Mounts Bay heat up with constant riots between all the gangs, proving just how far the Jackal is willing to go to get to Lips. It’s then revealed the Joseph Senior and the Jackal are now working together to get to Lips and her new family.

I don’t want to give away the chaos that ensues and the revelations that comes to light, but what I can say is that you won’t be disappointed with the ending of this series. What I really loved was how none of the storylines felt forced or were there as fluff fillers, everything that happens in this series leads to the bigger plot.

I really hope you enjoyed this series as much as I did.
