It’s not until after he is told how Joey almost raped her, that he starts to trust Lips. She also confides in Avery about who she is, what she does, and how the Jackal is controlling her dating life.

All three men decide that they want her, and kiss her, but she won’t let them get closer to her in fear of their lives and explains to them what the Jackal would do not just to them, but to her too if he ever found out about them.

Lips spends the year calling in favors and doing whatever she can to help the twins, Harley, and Blaise.

Again, this is another masterpiece by J Bree, and it makes you wonder if this is how kids with too much money act in the real world. This series is a great escape from life when I truly need to unwind and not think. It’s filled with mystery and intrigue and keeps you griped.
