Memphis King, con artist and trailer park princess, applies to be a surrogate to three billionaire brothers but portrays herself as a Yale University graduate and champion tennis player.

Remy, Boone, and Wells Hawke have five years to each have a child or they won’t get their inheritance. So, they do what any billionaire would do, they hire a surrogate. There’s only one problem; they all want Memphis.

Instead of hiring a surrogate for each of them, they alter the contract so that Memphis will live with them for five years to have each one’s baby.

Can she keep the con going for five years?

This book is hilarious, sad, sweet, and spicy. The scene where Memphis uses the maid’s four children to teach the brothers a lesson in childcare, had me laughing so loud my child came and asked what was so funny. The author’s imagination is either amazing, or they have seen some horrific things when it comes to babies and toddlers.

This is a great read if you don’t want a book with too many heavy topics, however, there is mention of drug abuse and overdosing leading to death.
