The Flame King’s Queen - Chloe Chastaine and Lilith Vincent

In the final installment of this series, we pick up where we left off in book two where Isavelle, Zabriel, the dragon riders, and wingrunners, have gone into the ethereal plane to save the humans that Emmeric has locked away.

We also find out which members of the temple have been against Isavelle becoming queen of Maledin as they make an attempt on her life. Isavelle and Zabriel manage to save the humans, including her father and sister.

The rest of the book focuses on the fight to destroy Emmeric and the lich once and for all, while Isavelle and Zabriel navigate her pregnancy.

The ending of this story is so sweet, and I was really happy for the characters. I loved how Isavelle and Esmeral had children at the same time. I was a little sad when I got to the last page and realized that the story was over. These authors created such wonderful characters that it makes you want to read more about their lives together.

Just a quick heads up, this is an extremely explicit spicy story, so if you prefer closed door love scenes, then this isn’t the series for you.
